Happy Thanksgiving!!

Thanksgiving is definitely the start of my favorite time of the year. Winter. SO great... You get to pull out your cute jackets and coats and actually sit by a fire cause it is actually getting cold out :)  I love coming home from college and getting to spend the weekend with family and friends, it is exactly what you need right before finals... knowing that I just have to get through two more weeks and then I will be back at home for winter break! But yesterday was perfect. Woke up, turned some Macy's Day Parade on and cuddled in my blanket. Then the cooking started! We cooked our Turkey outside in a smoker and the smoked turkey taste was very delicious! As we were waiting for it to be done my dad got to watch some good ol' American football while my sister, mom and I searched through all the Black Friday ads scoping out and making lists of what to get everyone for Christmas. And then us girls made the other side dishes and at around 3:30 the meal was ready! Chelsea even redeemed herself with the dessert this year :) (haha, not that last years was bad, but you know haha.. love ya Chels!) It was a chocolate trifle to die for! Then we got to enjoy each others company and play some games and laugh A LOT. It was a great day! We missed Chaz, Jenny and Nicole who were all back east, but still a great day! I sure have a lot to be thankful for!
